How long will it take to get here?
I aim to send shipments out weekly. Most things within Canada or the US ship Expedited or Tracked Packet, and should take 5-10 days, hopefully. Europe / UK will take longer.
How will my order be packed?
Larger prints (11x14" - 16x20") will be packed in a sturdy cardboard square tube. Smaller prints (9x12" or smaller) will be packed in a sturdy stay-flat mailer. I'm trying to avoid using plastic, so prints do not come in plastic sleeves, but smaller prints do come in thin kraft paper bags for protection. I also try to re-use packing materials as much as I can, especially as re-enforcement for the stay-flat mailers, which may occasionally include re-used foamboard (not recyclable). Most of my packing material can be recycled with normal paper recycling.
Why do you need my phone number?
I don't, but Canada Post does for tracked shipping. It also helps in case there's an issue, so they can contact you directly to resolve it.
If I order multiple items will they ship together?
Yep! If you order items together, you'll be charged one shipping fee, and the shipment will be combined.
I don't see my country listed as an option for shipping.
I haven't figured out shipping costs for all regions, but if you're hoping to buy something & live somewhere that I don't currently ship, just get in touch via the contact page, and I'll sort it.
Do you offer free local pickup?
No. Unless we're friends, in which case, yes! If this is you, get in touch before ordering, and I'll fix you up.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, no returns. But if something arrives damaged, or is lost & doesn't arrive, please get in touch, and I'll of course send you a replacement.
If I buy your art, will I finally be happy?
I can't make any promises, but it's entirely possible. There's only one way to find out!
